Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by your safari guide and begin the scenic drive west toward Kibale Forest National Park. The journey passes through Fort Portal, a picturesque town surrounded by tea plantations and views of the Rwenzori Mountains.
Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon, check in, and spend the rest of the day at leisure enjoying the rainforest setting.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Habituation Experience – Kibale Forest

After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting the chimpanzee habituation experience. Accompanied by researchers and experienced guides, venture deep into Kibale Forest to follow a semi-habituated chimpanzee community.
This unique experience allows you to spend up to four hours observing chimpanzees as they feed, socialize, rest, and move through the forest canopy. You will also learn about their behavior, vocalizations, and ongoing conservation efforts.
Return to the lodge later in the day for relaxation and an evening at leisure.

Day 3: Kibale Forest – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast, depart Kibale Forest and drive south through rolling countryside, crater lakes, and forested hills toward Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Enjoy lunch en route.
Arrive at your lodge near the forest in the late afternoon and spend the evening relaxing in preparation for the following day’s adventure.

Day 4: Gorilla Habituation Experience – Bwindi Forest

Today is the highlight of the safari. After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for registration and a detailed briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers.
Begin the gorilla habituation trek accompanied by researchers, trackers, and rangers. This experience allows you to spend up to four hours with a semi-habituated gorilla family, observing their behavior, feeding patterns, social interactions, and movements within the forest.
Return to the lodge in the afternoon for a well-earned rest and celebratory dinner.

Day 5: Bwindi – Entebbe (Departure)
