Trekking Notes

  • Fitness level: moderate, with some uphill forest trekking.

Best Time to Visit
Dry seasons (June–September & December–February) are best for trekking, but safaris run year-round.

Hiking boots, rain jacket, long trousers, insect repellent, gloves, and a reusable water bottle.
